Aim
The goal was to develop an Ad Planner CRM system for SWH Radio to manage advertising campaign planning and budget analytics across six radio stations.
The system needed to:
- support campaign planning,
- provide budget and occupancy analytics per station,
- analyze advertising slot availability,
- optimize daily workflows.
AI functionality was also implemented to improve operational efficiency and task optimization.

We developed a CRM-based solution featuring:
- a centralized campaign planning module,
- budget and station occupancy analytics dashboards,
- integration with the client’s third-party system,
