Aim
The aim of the project was to create a comprehensive occupational safety audit monitoring and management solution for LIEPA students and clients. The system was to ensure structured control of occupational safety requirements, deadline monitoring, and documentation management, in accordance with industry regulations.
Solution
The solution was developed from scratch, based on LIEPA's vision and detailed specifications. From the idea and prototyping in the Figma environment to full implementation in the production environment.
We created a system that provides:
- Planning and monitoring of occupational safety audits.
- Control of seasonal and periodic requirements (e.g., equipment inspections),
- automation of training tests
- PDF document and form generation with dynamically fillable data.
- Secure document signing with e-signature integration.
The result is a comprehensive, structured, and scalable startup-level solution that digitizes work safety processes and significantly reduces manual administration.
