Developed LAUTUS client portal and mobile app for waste service management with Business Central, Dokobit, and ePay integrations.
Aim
The aim of the project was to create a waste management customer module that allows clients to easily manage their services — view collection schedules, waste volumes, and information related to the service.
Solution
We developed a customer portal and mobile application that integrates with the existing company system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, from which all necessary data is received. The solution was built from scratch, providing fully customized functionality for the company's needs.
We provided:
- full user interface (Frontend) development,
- integration with Business Central,
- Secure document signing with Dokobit,
- Online payment processing with ePay,
- Responsive design and easy usability on mobile devices.
The solution allows clients to manage their services in self-service mode, reducing administrative burden and improving customer experience.
