Realization of several projects for Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Delivery Service)
Challenge
Latvijas Pasts is one of the largest state-owned enterprises, providing postal services and other related services. Within the framework of the association, we implemented several projects, which included UX/UI improvements in the Latvian postal courier application, internal network and cargo system, as well as the development and design of UX/UI for the My Mail system.
Solution
We conducted a thorough analysis of systems and user habits to develop custom UX/UI solutions that meet best practices and customer requirements. We developed new design guidelines to ensure consistency across all systems and an intuitive usability experience. We used the Figma theme tools and the Quasar Framework in the project. This enabled the implementation of modern and tailored UX/UI solutions, facilitating development through rapid and efficient system development and improvement.
