Developed AVER real estate website with CRM integration, property filtering, and automated data sync from SEGROW.
Aim
THE AVER real estate agency, with 8 franchises, wanted to create a single, central website that would combine the company's entire digital presence. THE site was supposed to reflect THE AVERSE mission, mission and current information, include vacancies, THE AVERE Academy for training prospective agents, as well as various application forms.
One of the biggest challenges was integrating and displaying property data from THE AVER CRM system (our developed Startup solution SEGROW) into the public environment. Users had to be able to easily select properties by multiple parameters, view details and contact the specific responsible agent.
Solution
We developed a modern and functionally rich website that:
- centralize information about AVER and its franchises,
- provides dynamic display of the property catalog from the CRM system,
- allows users to filter properties according to different criteria,
- display details of the property and the agent responsible,
- contains the application form and the Academy information section.
In addition, we introduced several automation and data validation mechanisms to ensure correct and continuous synchronization of information between CRM and the website. In the course of the project, additional functions were also performed in accordance with the requirements of the client.
