AlkOutlet is a Latvian online alcohol retailer with an extensive selection of wines, spirits, and beers. The store offers delivery throughout Latvia and organizes wine school events.
Challenge
Alkoutlet specializes in beverage sales, offering a wide range of products to customers. Our task was to take over the project to transform it into a user-friendly and convenient online shopping site, with special attention to improving design and functionality.
Solution
We implemented several significant improvements, such as loading speed, integrated SMS and email service for order availability, Omniva plugin modification, introduction of an age verification tool, and installation of a new payment system. The project uses the Magento platform, which allows for the creation of complex and user-friendly online stores. With these improvements, we provided users with a pleasant and simple shopping experience that fosters customer trust and company growth. In the development of the website and online store, we adapted the best UX/UI practices.
