A website that saves time, money, and energy – MANS CLEAN R
The project, completed in three months, proved that with a conceptual approach, good preparation, and close collaboration with the client, it's possible to create a product that significantly saves resources.
The goal was to relieve the client's call center. Clean R is a large company with a wide client base. Because its services are more or less standardized, Clean R's call center was overloaded with customer questions every day, many of which were repetitive. The company approached us with a desire to optimize information exchange by digitizing and automating it.
Although the project was completed within a limited timeframe of just three months, we were pleased that the client agreed to lay a solid foundation for the future portal and dedicate some time and resources to research. We analyzed the old website and identified the information that most interested Clean R customers. This was the foundation for the new portal, which includes a user-friendly tool for answering frequently asked questions, the ability for customers to independently view and manage their data, and a map showing the nearest waste sorting points.
Ultimately, the new Clean R portal not only reduces the workload of customer service centers but also makes interacting with the company much easier for users. On mans.cleanr.lv, you can view account information, change accounts, and even sign up for new services. For security in the digital environment, access to the portal requires authentication through your bank.
Of course, user convenience is only the visible part of this functionality. Internally, this is a smart ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that significantly optimizes service administration and planning.
Collaboration is the foundation of success. The project was not only completed on schedule but also created a truly valuable result, of which we are particularly proud. Undoubtedly, part of this success was the active participation of both parties throughout the process—it was created in close collaboration. We were confident we knew all the nuances to ensure effective communication between the client and the company.
When collaboration is so successful, it's possible to introduce some innovative and conceptual element into the project. This time, taking into account the specifics of Clean R, we created a website that opens by default in dark or eco mode—this reduces light pollution and saves device batteries. Yes, it may be a small detail, but it's these little building blocks that shape a company's image and implement its overall communication strategy. As they say, a small thing, but a nice touch.
