Aim
We took over the SpirulinaNord WordPress-based e-commerce store for maintenance and further development. The goal was to ensure stable operation and implement specific product-related functionality improvements.
One of the key challenges was implementing deposit fees for selected products and introducing delivery restrictions for items requiring frozen storage.
Solution
We enhanced the e-store by implementing:
- automatic deposit fee calculation for specific products,
- custom logic for frozen storage products,
- automatic restriction to courier-only shipping for selected items,
- delivery rule validation and accurate checkout data display.
The result is a properly configured e-commerce system aligned with the company’s product and logistics requirements.
