MANAI VIDEI is CleanR Grupa's self-service mobile application that enables customers to manage waste management services online. The app provides comprehensive contract management, collection schedule viewing, invoice payments, and additional service ordering.
Challenge:
CleanR Group's self-service portal "My Environment" was conceived as a simplified way for customers to add new services, view invoices and pay them. Our main challenge was to study user behavior and offer a relevant solution.
Solution:
The project included usability tests, wireframe or technical sketch, UX/UI design and mobile application development. We used technologies like PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS to ensure efficiency and usability. The end result is a convenient self-service platform accessible from all devices that allows Clean R customers to manage their accounts conveniently and efficiently.
