Improving the efficiency of e-commerce websites
Challenge
InternetAptieka is one of the leading pharmacies in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing specifically in providing services online. Our project involved redesigning the e-store, UX/UI research, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to improve efficiency and increase the number of visitors who purchase goods.
Solution
We conducted A/B tests to evaluate how different design and layout options affect visitor behavior and purchases. We used Google Optimize and Google Analytics to analyze the data and perform calculations. These allowed us to determine whether our hypotheses contribute to an increase in conversion rates and average purchase amounts. We made JavaScript and CSS adjustments to change the online store design, and during the process, we worked with the Figma platform.
