Built HiPark service and parking management system with request submission, warranty tracking, and cost control.
Aim
HiPark specializes in parking management automation systems, including barriers, check-in/out devices, tokens, and client access control.
The goal was to build a unified service request and management platform that allows:
- external submission of maintenance and service requests,
- tracking of customer, contract, warranty, and cost data,
- efficient cost and resource control,
- task assignment and full-cycle communication with service technicians.
The system needed to support both incoming client requests and internal operations in a structured, maintainable environment.
Solution
We developed a full-featured service request and management platform featuring:
- an external portal for submitting service requests,
- contract, customer, and warranty tracking,
- cost and resource control tools,
- task assignment with end-to-end communication flows,
- an admin interface powered by Filament for data management,
- interactive frontend components built with Vue.js.
The system supports daily operations of parking facilities with modern automation tools and service workflows.
