B2B e-commerce system development
Challenge:
SIA Reaton is the market leader in food products in Latvia, having been operating in this industry for over 30 years. The project's goal was to create a B2B system where potential clients can view available products, while registered users can access detailed product data, including prices, descriptions, and discounts. Such a system optimizes and accelerates the sales process and makes it user-friendly.
The main challenge is to develop and customize several functions that ensure proper process management, data exchange, user permissions, customer groups, credit limits, and other aspects that are important in this type of B2B platform.
Solution:
We created an efficient platform where business clients can easily view products and place orders. It is equipped with an admin panel for the company to manage and coordinate all aspects related to the purchasing process.
The system is built on the Magento 2 e-commerce platform, which is suitable for B2B trading needs. To ensure a user-friendly experience, we conducted UX research and developed a design that meets the requirements of both the client and users. Magento 2 offers extensive possibilities for creating customized functionality, which is important for projects of this kind.
