Inga NipāneProject Manager / Scrum Master

Inga is an experienced project manager with 10+ years of experience in IT and client project management. In the iConcept team, she helps bring order to complex projects by connecting the process, client needs and the team’s daily work. Outside work, Inga actively represents the Riga TechGirls movement in Latgale and inspires people to step into the world of technology.

Inga is one of the most experienced project managers in the iConcept team. She joined the company in May 2024 and very quickly took over several active projects, helping the team keep its rhythm at a time when the projects needed structure, clear communication and a calm hand in management. Inga’s professional background includes more than 10 years of experience in project management, including IT companies, client project management, Service Delivery and Scrum Master roles. She understands well that a successful project is not just a task list — it is people, deadlines, budget, risks, priorities, client expectations and the team’s real capacity in one shared picture. Inga joined iConcept with already strong project management experience, but within a year she also proved herself in some of the company’s larger projects. From medium-sized projects, she quickly moved on to one of iConcept’s most important projects — Ignitis, where precise coordination, clear communication and the ability to keep several processes together at the same time are essential. Inga’s working style is best described by structure, responsibility and human communication. She knows how to organise a process, break large work down into clear steps and make sure the team understands what needs to happen next. At the same time, she is not a “cold process for the sake of process” person — Inga has a strong sense of people, team mood and those moments when what is needed is not another table, but a real conversation. Outside iConcept, Inga actively represents the Riga TechGirls movement in Latgale, inspiring people to get involved in IT and digital skills development. She takes part in discussions, events and community activities, speaking about technology, skills, education and opportunities in the Latgale region. In her personal life, Inga is also about discipline, movement and the conscious choice to live healthier. She describes herself as an IT project manager whose biggest project is introducing a healthy lifestyle into her own life. Healthy eating challenges, keto, morning workouts, an active daily routine, travel and various hobbies complement her professional side well — when Inga starts something as a project, she also approaches it in life with a plan, focus and practical mindset.
