Built a new Laravel-based Venden / Saku Läte e-store with UX testing and Navision API integration.
Aim
The existing e-commerce platform was built on WordPress and had not been maintained for a long time, leading to stability and functionality limitations.
The goal was to develop a new, stable, and scalable e-commerce solution tailored to Venden and Saku Läte’s needs, including integration with internal systems.
Solution
We built a completely new e-commerce platform from scratch using Laravel, including full web design development and structured user flow planning.
The project included:
- complete UI/UX redesign,
- usability testing with real-life scenarios,
- iterative improvements based on UX findings,
- API integration with the Navision system,
- development of an admin panel for content and data management.
The result is a stable, future-ready e-commerce platform replacing the outdated WordPress solution.
