Development of educational websites for teachers and students
Challenge
During the Covid-19 period, educational institutions had to adapt to a new reality - teaching classes online. Our task was to create a solution that would allow students to continue learning, moreover, with high quality. The main challenge was to develop a solution that would provide Tavaklase.lv with extensive online visual data exchange. The project was extensive, technically complex, and urgent, requiring quick and effective action to maintain the quality and security of learning.
Solution
We developed a product that fully met the desires of Tavaklase.lv. It was very secure and quickly adaptable to the new situation. In the project, we collaborated with Telia to ensure high quality and efficient online data transmission. The design and information architecture were created so that the visual content would be quickly accessible and easy to use for both students and teachers. The frontend or client-side was created with WordPress, but the video platform was built using CDN (content delivery network) because it offers high performance. These technologies were chosen to ensure the final product is efficient, high-quality, and safe for users. The new solution is still being used in the learning process.
