Innovative real estate search engine
Challenge:
The Latvian real estate startup company Scanerest SIA came to us with the idea of a centralized property search engine. The main task was to create an innovative mobile application that could filter data from advertisement portals and allow users to easily and quickly find properties.
Solution:
Our developed mobile application is a specialized solution for real estate searching. It is available on both iOS and Android devices and allows customization of settings to find exactly what is being searched for. The application loads information from multiple advertisement portals, providing a wide range of choices and an efficient search experience. Thanks to technologies such as Python, Node.js, and React Native, not only searching is possible with the help of filters but also sending notifications and reminders. This solution provides Scanerest SIA clients with a convenient search engine in Latvia and the United Kingdom. It is a step forward in the digitalization and simplification of the real estate industry.
