Challenge:
Adopt a programmed CRM system from another company, get to know someone else's system and continue working on its development. And also find optimal solutions that would be both convenient to use and financially beneficial to the client.
Implementation:
We have expanded the functionality of the existing CRM system, as well as developed a B2B (Business-to-Business) portal for processing orders from business partners.
