Aim

The aim of the project was to create a digital platform that automates the process of establishment of the company in Latvia. The solution was to ensure the generation of all necessary documents – contracts, submissions and other legal forms – in accordance with current state requirements and regulatory enactments.

The main challenge was to create a system that can handle different legal scenarios in a structured and correct way, while maintaining a simple and understandable experience for the user.

Solution

A complex automation platform was launched. Over the course of the project, the scope of functionality increased significantly, increasing both technical complexity and the amount of resources needed. For strategic reasons, the project was concluded at an advanced stage.

Despite this, significant experience was gained in digitising complex legal processes and in document automation.
