Matīss RušaCEO, Co-Founder of iConcept and Captain of Digital Projects

Matīss started iConcept with an idea, belief and a bank loan for the company’s share capital. 18 years later, it has grown into a company that develops digital products, internal systems, user experience solutions and mobile applications — with a team that knows how to handle projects even when they do not follow the perfect presentation scenario. On LinkedIn, he calls himself captain @ ict.lv, and that describes his role quite well. He is not a “boss behind a desk”, but someone who is present in the direction, decisions, difficult conversations and moments when the team needs a cool head. He can be demanding, direct and very specific, but at the same time human, supportive and equipped with the kind of humour that helps release tension. Professionally, Matīss focuses on digital product development, UX/UI, software systems and mobile applications.
