Klāvs AndersonsProject Manager / Scrum Master
Klāvs is one of the most experienced project managers in the iConcept team. He started with smaller projects and gradually worked his way up to leading INDEXO Bank — one of the largest and most important projects in iConcept’s history. After INDEXO, his project management approach has become even more mature: less noise, more clarity, structure and calm movement towards the result.
Klāvs is one of the longest-serving project managers in the iConcept team. He joined the company in 2018 — at first “to help out”, as he puts it himself, after being approached by Gints Fricbergs and Kristap Ozolins (Former project manager). Starting with smaller projects, he gradually moved on to larger and more complex work, until at the end of 2022 he took over one of the most important projects in iConcept’s history — INDEXO Bank. The INDEXO Bank project lasted around 2.5 years and went live at the end of August 2024. It was a large-scale, technically and organisationally complex project where the team, client, process, timelines and all the “small details” — which are never really small in a banking project — had to be kept together. Klāvs’ greatest strength is calmness. He is not the kind of project manager who makes a tense situation louder — quite the opposite, he stabilises it. In complex conversations between the client and the development team, Klāvs often becomes the mediator: helping both sides hear each other, reduce unnecessary tension and return to clear next steps. In his daily work, Klāvs focuses on project management, process organisation and team coordination. He has gone from managing work in Asana to ClickUp and the Scrum Master role, adapting processes so they actually help the team work more clearly — not just “look like a process”. His approach is not dramatic, but it is highly valuable: a calm tone, clear structure and the ability to keep a project moving even when there are many moving parts. In large projects, people like Klāvs are often the quiet support that keeps everything else from starting to shake. Outside work, Klāvs is into golf, basketball, novuss, gardening and collecting caps. Overall — someone with a calm outer pace, but a steady inner competitive spirit.
Experience
Project Manager / Scrum Master@ iConcept
After the launch of the INDEXO Bank project, Klāvs continues to lead complex digital projects and develop project management processes within the iConcept team. His focus is clear work organisation, maintaining the team’s rhythm, client communication and process transparency in ClickUp. At this stage, Klāvs’ experience has become even more practical — after one of the largest projects in the company’s history, he knows very well how important it is to spot risks early, maintain calm communication and not lose the overall direction.

At the end of 2022, Klāvs took over the INDEXO Bank project — one of the largest and most important projects in iConcept’s history. The project lasted around 2.5 years and went live at the end of August 2024. It was a high-responsibility project with significant technical, organisational and communication complexity. Klāvs’ role was to keep together the team, the client, the process, priorities and deadlines — calmly, consistently and without unnecessary drama.
Project Manager@ iConcept
Klāvs joined iConcept in 2018 after being approached by Gints Fricbergs (iConcept Co-Founder) and Kristap Ozolins (Former Project Manager) — initially helping out with smaller projects. During this period, he gradually grew together with the company: from smaller tasks and day-to-day coordination to increasingly larger client projects, more complex teams and broader responsibility. This period laid the foundation for his project management style — a calm tone, structured approach and the ability to act as a bridge between client needs and the reality of the development team.
