We will entrust you:

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into clear, structured system specifications for the development team.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and developers to refine requirements and find the best technical solution;
• Model processes, data flows, and system logic, ensuring that everyone understands "how it will work".

We expect from you:

• Experience in business or systems analysis in IT projects;
• Ability to structure information and prepare clear documentation (requirements, user stories, specifications);
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data exchange principles;
• Good communication skills – you can communicate equally well with both business and developers;
• Good knowledge of Latvian and English.
