We will entrust you:

• Managing projects from the initial idea to "wow, it works!", maintaining focus on the result, not just the process;
• Keep developers, designers, and clients aligned in one direction;
• Plan tasks, sprints, and priorities in a way that allows the team to work peacefully while the project moves forward.

Expected from you:

• Experience in IT or digital project management – you understand how products are created and how to communicate with developers;
• Ability to organize chaos into a structured plan (and not get confused if everything changes);
• Good communication skills – you can explain complex things in simple language.
• Timely notice risks or obstacles and help the team resolve them.
• Good knowledge of Latvian and English.
