Innovative real estate search engine
The Latvian real estate startup company Scanerest SIA came to us with the idea of a centralized property search engine. The main task was to create an innovative mobile application that would be able to filter data from advertisement portals and allow users to find properties easily and quickly.
Our mobile application is a specialized solution for real estate search. It's available on both iOS and Android devices, and lets you customize your settings to find exactly what you're looking for. The application reads information from several classifieds portals, providing a wide range of choices and an effective search experience. Thanks to technologies such as Python, Node.js and React Native, not only search, but also sending notifications and reminders is possible with the help of a filter.
This solution provides Scanerest SIA customers with a convenient search engine in Latvia and Great Britain. It is a step forward in the digitization and simplification of the real estate industry.
