An internal CRM and call system, as well as an internal invoicing application, have been developed to optimize operations
SIA Baltic Agro Machinery is the leading official representative of agricultural, forestry, construction and road construction machinery in Latvia and Estonia. The company faced the need to improve internal operations, including product circulation, call registration and invoicing. The company needed effective solutions for the optimization and ongoing maintenance of these processes.
To solve this task, we created three separate technological developments. First of all, an internal CRM system that helps the company to register production turnover and effectively manage customer relations. Second, a call system that ensures efficient call registration and management. Third, an internal invoicing application that makes it easier for employees to issue and manage invoices. These solutions were designed with user accessibility in mind and using Codingniter technology to improve operational efficiency.
We developed and still maintain all three digital solutions – CRM system, call system and internal application. These solutions contribute to the optimization and efficiency of the company's internal operations.
