AVERCRM system development
Developed a custom CRM for AVER based on SEGROW, enhanced with tailored modules for specific business process management.
Aim
AVER client approached us with the need for a very specific CRM system tailored to their business processes and internal workflow. Standard market solutions did not meet the company's requirements and therefore a flexible, adaptable and scalable system was needed.
Solution
We built on the SEGROW Startup solution we developed, which we tailored to THE needs of AVER and added a number of custom functionalities.
Within the framework of the project:
- customized CRM logic for specific business processes,
- developed individual modules and data structures,
- optimized user streams for more efficient day-to-day management,
- we provided the scalability of the system for further development.
AS a result, AVER acquired a centralized and customized CRM platform that improves the efficiency of sales, customer management, and internal processes.
