Reinis NartišsProject Manager / Business Analyst
Reinis is a technically strong project manager who knows how to connect the client’s business needs with the development team’s reality. He dives into systems, requirements and technical solutions while keeping communication calm, friendly and genuinely human.
Reinis is one of the most technically knowledgeable project managers in the iConcept team. He joined the company in 2023 after being invited by the former CTO, starting as a Business Analyst, and within a year transitioned into a Project Manager role, taking full ownership of projects from A to Z. Reinis’ main strength is his ability to understand both worlds — the client’s business needs and the development team’s technical reality. He is not the kind of project manager who simply passes messages between sides. Reinis dives into architecture, system logic, requirements, integrations and technical limitations so that the project moves forward not “somehow”, but clearly and with quality. His working style is calm, thoughtful and precise. Reinis tends to look at a problem from several angles before drawing conclusions, and that makes him especially valuable in complex projects. At the same time, he is communicative, supportive and friendly — someone you can discuss serious technical topics with, but also simply have a normal conversation. Before project management, Reinis worked for many years in IT management, system administration and technical solution maintenance. This experience gives him a very practical view of projects: he understands how systems live after launch, what can become a problem later and why technical quality is not only “a developer thing”. In the iConcept team, Reinis is also someone who continues to build useful solutions himself. One example is the company’s internal vacation portal, which helps employees request and manage vacations more conveniently. It reflects Reinis’ approach well: when there is an everyday process that can be made easier, he is probably already thinking about how to build it. Outside work, Reinis is very active. Every week, he cycles around 150 km, has recently started organising hiking trips abroad and inspires people around him to stay active. He is family-oriented, friendly and very community-minded — regularly organising neighbourhood grill evenings and bringing people together not only in projects, but also in life.
Experience
Project Manager@ iConcept
Since 2024, Reinis has been fully managing digital projects from A to Z. His daily work includes client communication, requirements clarification, work planning, team coordination, deadline management, risk identification and technical quality oversight. Reinis’ technical experience helps him quickly understand where complications may appear in a project, which requirements need to be clarified and how to translate client needs into language the development team can work with. He is often the bridge between business and technology — calm, careful and deeply involved.
Business Analyst@ iConcept
Reinis joined iConcept as a Business Analyst, where his main task was to dive into the technical side of projects, analyse business and system requirements, prepare documentation and help the team understand what exactly needed to be built. In this role, he worked with requirements gathering, process analysis, technical specification preparation, solution validation and communication between the client, project managers and the development team. This stage became a natural transition into project management, as Reinis already understood both the systems and the people building them.
