Ivo is a Product Owner at iConcept — someone who joined the company with a clear wish to grow in the technology field and gradually moved into product ownership. He joined iConcept on June 2023 after a recommendation from Former CTO and quickly became part of the team’s everyday rhythm. At the beginning, Ivo learned programming based on Laravel and worked with development tasks, learning not only how to write code, but also how a digital product is built from the inside. This experience later helped him move towards product ownership, because he understands the technical side, the development process and practical limitations. Year by year, Ivo’s projects became larger and his responsibility grew. He developed together with the team: from technical tasks to product thinking, where it is important to understand not only what needs to be built, but also why it is needed, who it helps and how it should work in a real user’s everyday life. In 2026, Ivo became the Product Owner of one of iConcept’s internal startup directions. In this role, he helps drive product development, set priorities, think through user needs and connect ideas with practical execution. Ivo’s working style is best described by energy, responsiveness and readiness to take on challenges. He is not someone who stays on the sidelines for long — when there is an opportunity to learn, try, take over or get involved, Ivo usually steps into the process. Outside work, he is just as active as he is at work. Ivo enjoys challenges, novuss and friendly competitions — including classic push-up challenges, where his competitive side turns on pretty quickly. He has a good mix of technical thinking, drive and team spirit.
