Inga manages projects in iConcept’s subsidiary company and helps digital ideas turn into clear, stable and usable solutions. Her strength is the ability to connect strategic thinking with very practical execution — so a project does not stay only in planning, but actually reaches the result. Inga’s professional background includes broad experience in IT project management, web development, e-commerce, business process organisation and digital solution delivery across different industries. She has worked with fintech, e-commerce, GovTech, healthcare, education and internal system projects, so she understands that every project has its own logic, risks and responsibilities. In the iConcept team, Inga previously worked as a Senior IT Project Manager, and today she continues developing projects within iConcept’s subsidiary direction. Her role is to keep together client needs, team work, deadlines, priorities and quality — without making things unnecessarily complicated, but with clear control over the process. Inga is best described by systematic thinking, communication and the ability to keep the bigger picture in sight even when a project has many details. She is not just someone who moves tasks around — she looks at how the solution will work for the client, the user and the business after launch. In addition to project management, Inga also has entrepreneurial experience. She manages and develops digital business directions herself, which helps her understand the client side very well: budgets, priorities, decision-making, team workload and the importance of trusting the people delivering the project.
